We offer stevedoring services in the Port of Kotka, Finland.

The operated lifting capacity consists of:

Warehousing and Transit Operations

Stella Warehouse

As one of the leading logistics providers in the Port of Kotka, Finland we develop tailored logistics solutions serving also the Finnish export industry. The transit services offered allow our clients to deliver their products to and from Russia and CIS market utilizing the Transsiberian railroad connections to and from China and the Far East.

Our warehouses are located only 100 metres (109 yards) from the main Kotka Container Terminal.

Technical description of the warehouses:

  • total floor area of 30,600 square metres (36,597 square yards)
  • bonded and heated up to +10ºC (+50ºF)
  • free interior height of 7.0 metres (22.97 feet)
  • pallet friendly racking system
  • 45 loading ramps and doors
  • 15 platforms
  • rail access to warehouses

We utilize the latest information technology to provide:

Our storage management is supervised with:

The fleet of cargo handling equipment we operate, includes fork-lift trucks and special clamps.

Our warehouses are open Mon-Fri 7:00-22:00 hrs local time.

 

Ro-Ro & KET

KET Car Terminal

RO-RO and Car Terminal Operations we offer in the Port of Kotka, Finland.

We handle:

  • traditional Ro-Ro cargo
  • wide variety of static cargoes (industrial machinery, different type of boats etc)

Our car terminal service is rapidly expanding. We are subcontractors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, one of the world´s leading car exporters. Our principal has a total space area of 150,000 square metres (179,399 square yards). The space area will be expanded during year 2006 to an additional 70,000 square metres (83,719 square yards).

Thanks to its ideal location, the Port of Hietanen is a major hub and significant transit area for the Russian market. In year 2005 we handled over 50,000 cars from which majority continued their voyage on to Russia.

We assure quality and safety of our services by:
